Shipping
We currently ship to the Netherlands and Belgium.
For all other countries, please contact us through our contact form for a shipping quote.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery country. Orders are generally shipped within 5 working days.
For larger sculptures or more delicate pieces, shipping may take a little longer. If this is the case, we will contact you after your order has been placed.
Each piece is carefully packed by hand in our studio to make sure it arrives safely. Ceramics are fragile and, despite our careful packaging, damage can occasionally occur during transport.
If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us at info@studiorowbe.com within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and a few photographs of the piece and packaging.
Pick up
You can also collect your order from our studio.
If pick-up is available for your piece, select “Pick up” at checkout. We will contact you by email to arrange a suitable time.
Returns
Each piece is handmade and unique, and I hope you’ll love the piece you choose.
If you change your mind, returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Please return the piece unused, in the same condition as you received it, and preferably in its original packaging.
As ceramics are fragile, please make sure your return is packed carefully and securely. You are responsible for the piece until it arrives back with me, including any damage that may occur during return shipping.
